Orb Behind Distant Christmas Wreath at Grand Central Station

Photo date: December 11, 2014.  Photographer: Mark Mahin.

Although it may not seem too spectacular at first, the photo below seems to be dramatic evidence establishing that orbs are paranormal, not just dust or reflections. Click on the photo to see it at full resolution.

Below is a closeup photo cropped from the photo above, showing the Christmas wreath between the second and third window:

orb in Grand Central Station

This type of photograph discredits the theory that orbs are just specks of dust a few inches from the camera (a theory sometimes called the orb zone theory).  We see here that the orb is clearly behind the Christmas wreath, which was more than 30 meters away from the camera (as you can see by looking at the full picture). But if the orb is behind that Christmas wreath, it cannot possibly have been close to the camera when this was photographed. Similarly, there is no possible theory of light reflection that can account for an orb such as the one above clearly positioned behind a Christmas wreath more than 30 meters away.

For other photos like this (which give proof of orbs located far from the camera), see this blog's posts with the label "air orb too distant to be dust."

To help rule out any weird theories that skeptics may advance to try to explain this remarkable photo, let me give the photo set below. All three photos were taken within about 50 seconds of each other. The first photo was taken just before the photo above. The second is the photo above. The third photo was taken a few seconds after the photo above. Click on the image to see it in its full resolution.Note that the orb only appears behind the Christmas wreath in the second of the three photos, making it impossible to explain the orb's appearance as due to some special light situation that occurred at this time in Grand Central Station.

In addition, the photo at the top of this blog post shows a faint orb in the bottom right corner that is 20% of the photo height. According to the orb zone theory, orbs cannot be more than 10 percent of the photo height. So the photo at the top of this post discredits the "orbs are dust" orb zone theory in two different ways.

Here is another photo taken at Grand Central Station showing an orb in front of the same type of wreath. In this photo the orb is in front of the wreath, and completely blocks the area underneath it. This is further support for my claim that the first wreath photo shows that the orb is behind the wreath, and therefore more than 30 meters from the camera that took the picture.
