Stunning "Double Loop" Orb Motion in Grand Central Station

In this photo taken from a balcony at Grand Central Station (where there was only clean air in front of me),  there is an orb at the top and a very unusual shape near the bottom:

The photo below is cropped from the image above. It shows a shape I have never seen before in a photograph -- a weird "double loop" shape floating in the air. It looks almost like a lasso with loops on both ends of the loop. If you look closely, you will see it is not a single object. It is an orb or orbs that are moving in this astonishing double-loop shape. This type of shape rules out possibilities such as dust, hair, or reflection. Dust never has such a shape, nor does hair, nor does a reflection.
