The photo below was taken in New York City.
The photo was not taken with a full spectrum camera, but a completely ordinary SONY DSC-W830 camera. There was no fog, mist, rain, or other precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "moderate" with a level of 65. The pollen count listed on www.pollen.com was low to medium, with a rating of 3.0. I used the IrfanView "Auto-adjust colors" menu option on the photo.
