The photo below was taken while pointing up at some building tops in Manhattan.

I get photos like this often while using my full spectrum camera, but this shot was taken with a completely ordinary Sony camera.  There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. My senses could detect nothing unusual about the air.
