This Orb Floats Like Superman, But Looks Kind of Like His Father

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York.  We see a mysterious blue orb floating in front of the window.

Here is a closeup of the orb, which has a very unusual horizontal band near its top.

The vertical band reminds me of the horizontal head band worn by Jor-El, the father of Superman, as you can see in this image.
