Mysterious Orb Plays "Angel of the Christmas Wreath"

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York.  We see a blue orb that seems to hang mysteriously from a Christmas wreath.

This photo is very similar to the photo below (taken 9 days earlier) that I published in this post.  The wreath is the same wreath. The main difference is that the photo above seems to show an orb in front of the wreath, and the photo below shows an orb that seems to clearly be behind the wreath.
