Were They Peeking Into the Lighted Windows?

The photo below shows the Helmsley Building in New York City. We see two blue orbs floating next to some lighted windows. Were the orbs peeking inside the lighted windows?

 I guess we can ask the same question about the orange orb below, photographed with a different camera (a full spectrum camera), at the side of a different skyscraper.  The object was not the moon.

There was no rain, fog, mist or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good," with a rating of 40.
