A Seven-Part Orb Pattern

I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background.  On this day I got a great abundance of pattern repetitions, which occurred in the form of more than five different patterns. One pattern was the seven-part pattern shown below, which persisted for almost all of more than 40 consecutive photos. 

Orb Holes Galore

I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background.  We see some orbs with many holes, often big holes.

At the 17:30 mark in the video below, and the next few minutes, you can see my camera viewfinder as I photographed such orbs.
