The photos below were taken at the American Museum of Natural History, where I have several times photographed orbs floating around near the stuffed elephants. Here we see a blue orb near an animal exhibit, and a white orb near an alligator exhibit. Here is a rather farfetched but interesting hypothesis: perhaps some orbs are the spirits of deceased animals. Could these orbs be revisiting their former bodies?

Elephants and Enigmatic Entities
Photo date: May 5, 2016. Photographer: Mark Mahin.
The photos below were taken in the American Museum of Natural History. We see two orbs floating near some stuffed elephants in the museum. Orbs seem to love hanging out in big old buildings like this one.

Olmec Statue is an Orb Hangout
Photo date: May 5, 2016. Photographer: Mark Mahin.
The photo below was taken in the American Museum of Natural History. During the past three times I have visited this museum, an orb has appeared to the right of this statue on the first photograph I took of the statue. The statue is a reproduction of one of the giant head statutes produced by the Olmec civilization.
I also sometimes photograph orbs hanging around the Aztec or Mayan statues in the museum. Below is one that appeared near an Aztec column.

Translucent Attendee
Photo date: September 30, 2015. Photographer: Mark Mahin.
The photo below shows an exhibit of stuffed elephants at the American Museum of Natural History. We see some regular human attendees, and a mysterious translucent attendee.
See here for photos of other orbs I photographed at this location.

Like the Supernatural Stuff in "Night at the Museum"
Photo date: September 30, 2015. Photographer: Mark Mahin.
The very popular film "Night at the Museum" (which had two sequels) was about a security guard at the American Museum of Natural History who experienced weird supernatural stuff in the museum at night. But could it be that there really is weird paranormal stuff going on in this museum? The photos below may suggest exactly that.
The first photo shows an exhibit hall at the American Museum of Natural History, one with some stuffed elephants. We see a mysterious bright orb.
Below is a closeup showing the orb, which seems to have a kind of "comet tail" indicating rapid motion.
Below is another photo showing an orb in the museum, in the upper part of the photo.
Below is a closeup. We see the "split aura" effect often seen in orbs, in which half of the aura is one color, and the other half another color.
See also this photo showing several mysterious blue orbs floating around the same exhibit hall.

Orbs Appear Near Mayan Sculptures
Photo date: September 30, 2015. Photographer: Mark Mahin.
While in the American Museum of Natural History, I noticed that orbs started to appear in photographs I took of beautiful Mayan sculptures made centuries ago. One of these photos is below. The orb can be seen at the top.
I also noticed this orb next to another Mayan statue. He looks kind of cute.
