Below we some strange results I got when photographing ordinary drops of water falling.

Not Just Notches

I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background.  We see an orb pattern consisting of a notch on the left and a circle in the top right area of each orb.

"Swordfish" Strangeness

The grid below shows four times I have photographed an orb pattern resembling the head of a swordfish.  The latest occurence took place yesterday.  See here for 38 similar patterns.

Puzzling Indentations

I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background.  On this day I got 600+ consecutive photos that almost all showed orbs with semicircular notches in the right upper part of the orb.  Below are some examples.

The 10,000 Semi-Circular Notches

I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background.  On this day I got orbs with semi-circular notches appearing in almost all of thousands of consecutive photos. The total number of such semi-circular notches was greater than 10,000. Below are some examples.
