Orb "Siamese Twins" and Their Sky Buddies

The photo below shows some mysterious orbs observed in Manhattan.

Below is a closeup of two of the orbs near the bottom. Are they orb "Siamese twins"?

There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was good, with a rating of 23 (anything below 50 is considered good). The pollen level was medium.

In this photo showing the top of a tower in New York City, we see a pair of blue orbs that seem like carbon copies of each other.  Below them is a much brighter orb with an orange-colored aura.

The moon on this night was a crescent moon, so none of these objects was the moon.  There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was good, with a rating of 35. The pollen count listed on pollen.com was low to medium, with a rating of  3.4.
