The Third Appearance of a Blue Orb at the Bar's Balcony

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York, at a bar area that is part of a restaurant there. We see a blue orb that seems to be at the bar's balcony. It looks just like what I showed in this photo and in this photo.  You can't blame them -- it's a good spot to rest and peer down at the huge station below you. Is that a face we see on the orb?

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York.  We see a part of the station near the West Balcony, where there exists a small bar.  At this bar we see a blue orb that seems to have a big left eye.
