A Three-Part Orb Pattern

I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background.  We see an orb pattern consisting of three features.

I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background.  We some a pattern consisting of a large hole in each orb, and a half-hole on the left of each orb. This pattern appeared in most of 1400+ consecutive photos.

I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background.  We see a two-part pattern consisting of a circular indentation on the left and a small hole on the right.
