Green Sky Orbs: A Retrospective (Part 3)

Below are some photos I previously took of mysterious green orbs in the sky. All of the photos were taken in clean, dry air when there was no fog, mist, rain or precipitation.

On Below is a green orb I photographed another green orb near a tree.

  1. Mark, you work is fascinating. I am not a photographer and not going to make photos of orbs, but I am very curious - how you managed to make so incredible photos of orbs? Any photographer can do that? Why only you are posting such photos? Before making photo you saw orb or you just put a camera on some object - like architecture and click, and on the photo sometimes (randomly) you see orb? Can you explain the whole process - why you so succeed of making these nice pictures while no such orbs on the pictures that made by majority of photographers? Thanks.

    1. Thanks for your interest. I am not the only person getting orbs in photos. See the links below for the pages of other photographers who get such anomalies.

      https://orbpro.blogspot.com/2015/01/orb-photos-by-others.html

I have not updated this page of links in quite a while, and some of the links may no longer be valid. But when each link was added, it went to a page with many photos of orbs by others.

There are two types of photos I take:
      (1) Photos taken when photographing falling water drops (which are always identified as such), always occurring in front of a black featureless background.
      (2) Photos taken in clean dry air.

Photos of type 2 involve no special process, just "point and click" in normal clean dry air. It is a "try many times, get a few successes" type of thing.

I do not see anything special when photographing, but I have 160 posts on this blog discussing people who did claim to see mysterious orbs with the naked eye. You
      can read such posts here:

      https://orbpro.blogspot.com/search/label/orbs%20visible%20to%20naked%20eye

My lack of seeing such orbs does not discredit them. When you take a flash photo, the effective shutter speed is about 1/200 of a second. Orbs may be
fleeting low-energy manifestations that appear for a tiny fraction of a second -- too short for the eye to see, but sufficient for a flash photo to capture.

My photos taken when photographing falling water drops use the protocol discussed here:

      https://orbpro.blogspot.com/2020/05/how-to-take-photos-of-paranormal.html

Why orbs appear in photos are a mystery. I know that my first orb photo occurred exactly 3 photos after I had first audibly asked to see something
mysterious in my photos (while in an room no one else was in). It is possible that there is some mediumistic or semi-mediumistic effect going on. Manifestations of some mysterious type may occur more often to those interested in seeing such manifestations.

Repeating patterns in orb photos are one of the biggest mysteries. See below for examples:

    2. Consider a human standing at the edge of a pond filled with fish. The fish may be unable to see the humans, and may never imagine that humans exist. But the human at the pond edge can cause a fleeting manifestation that the fish may observe and be puzzled by. For example, the human may toss into the pond a pebble that a fish observes as a fleeting manifestation. Orbs appearing in photos may be like that. They could have as their source some intelligence we can no more see than a fish in a pond can see someone at the edge of a pond. But here I speculate. I don't understand what causes the strangest orb photos.

  2. I absolutely agree. It's a mystery and any theory (including "fringe") should "be on the table", cause mainstream science can't explain the nature of matter/consciousness/space/time etc. It's productive to discuss these topics with AI. There are bunch of contradictive mainstream theories that are changing each other over time by time. Now General relativity (GR) and quantum mechanics (QM) disagree on the nature of spacetime and matter itself due to fundamentally different approaches to these concepts. There are over 200 theories (including 6 from "mainstream") trying to explain the nature of consciousness, and majority of them contradict each other. So any speculation about all these anomalies, events of high strangeness, UAPs and orbs should be scientifically studied. But I don't believe that current science is capable to to that. They need to shift a paradigm of scientific research. I believe that these orbs as well as various exotic plasma-like structures are somehow can be seen as projections of higher dimensional objects (but for us as 3D observers they only can be perceived as anomalies cause they don't fit to Minkowski spacetime mapping that current science follow). So, there are a lots of speculative theories about it, including how it can work in terms of different dimensional geometry, topology and physics and how, for instance, particularly singles water molecules -that are abundant everywhere- under certain conditions hypothetically could be the part of a gateway to extra dimensions or another geometries of space time etc. etc. (even most biased Google AI accepted this). I would bet - mainstream theories are the joke and real science are classified. But among legit scientists I would consider Stephen Wolfram's approach to reality as computational and his "Observer Theory" is a food for thought. Mark, it would be interesting if somebody open-minded people interviewed you on their podcast. For instance James Landoli podcast called "Engaging The Phenomenon" on X (I am not a friend of him but I guess he would be interested to make a podcast with you where you will discuss you own theories). It would be super interesting. P.S. My bet that as soon as you have such an incredible experience - potentially you may have a psychic and extrasensory perceptions abilities. I also guess - these orbs of various kinds are everywhere, but majority of folks can't get it, cause brainwashed by mainstream science and dumb skeptics.

    1. Thanks very much for the insightful comment, Vlad. Faced with such mysteries, I like to remind myself that human knowledge of reality is fragmentary. The theme of the tininess of human knowledge is a frequent theme on another blog site of mine, where I have posts like my post "Problems a Hundred Miles Over Our Heads."

    2. Mark, I have read your theories from those links, that you provided, and found it very interesting. If we imagine that human awareness is rendered by some form of exotic matter currents or even beyond inside of human body (if consider so-called “unparticle physics” - speculative theory that conjectures a form of matter that cannot be explained in terms of particles using the Standard Model of particle physics, because its components are scale invariant). And if we imagine that even more complicated and sophisticated currents are rendering everywhere on the planetary scale (and they are not detectable for many reasons), than we can assume - they can manifest and interact with human consciousness carriers anywhere anytime by creating the symbiotic structures - NHI. Stephen Wolfram speculated about space-time dimensional fluctuations and even fractional dimensions, that can alter our “normal” perceptions of reality. We can imagine that these NHI are responsible for creation and alteration of reality itself. I like the idea of Omega type civilization (from Kardashev scale). Legit and respectable astrophysicist Caleb Scharf once guessed that most advanced civilizations, that responsible for creation of different types of universes, could be embedded in what we call laws of nature itself – and it consistent with Wolfram’s framework of computational universe). Anyway it is a wild area of guesses and I analysed many hundreds of theories (including all mainstream and fringe alternatives) of how this Simulation hypothesis could work, and I also have my own wild theory on the basis of “neutral monism” and which is beyond any “rationalism” haha. For this reason I would better to simplify the ideas about what these orbs could be – I would imagine they are manifestation of higher level of consciousness, related to planet itself (that rendered by exotic plasma and atmospheric currents with structures that potentially trillion times more complicated and sophisticated than neuronal currents structure of human brain). My question is – did you try to do experimenting with them (on the analogy of “CE5 contact”)? Are you using any AI in your research? Share your experience with AI with that regard (if consider applying of "prompt engineering" in using AI, because by default mode all AIs are extremely biased toward mainstream and skeptical gatekeeping). Thanks.

    3. Thanks for the comment. I have never used AI for anything at all on this blog. On my other two blogs I never use AI for research or writing. My "Future and Cosmos" blog does have some art work that is clearly art work (not anything involving orbs), and nowadays I sometimes use AI image generators to produce such artwork on that blog.
