Walking Head?

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. We can seem to see a face in the lower half of this blue orb. The blue orb seems to have rather comically positioned itself on someone's butt, creating a "walking head" look.  Are we seeing an orb sense of humor here?

These orbs seem to like selectively positioning themselves, as we see in the shot below from the same day.
