A Speeding Blue Orb

The photo below shows a fast blue orb I photographed in Grand Central Terminal in New York. We can see the "string of pearls" effect I very often photograph, in which we seem to see multiple position states of a fast-speeding orb.
On the same day at a different location I photographed the blue orb below. We see again the outer ring I often notice in mysterious orbs.
