The photo below shows a mysterious orb I photographed in Grand Central Terminal in New York (the background is the green ceiling of the station). The orb has what looks exactly like the mathematical symbol for "less than." Looking at how neat and regular the lines are, it seems unthinkable that we are looking at something random. I have never seen this symbol in an orb before, although I have photographed 300+ other orbs with stripes (as shown here).
