The photo below shows a mysterious blue orb above St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York. Like 130+ other mysterious orbs I have photographed, we can see an outer ring with a circumference about 85% of the total orb circumference.
There was no fog, mist, rain or precipitation on this night.
