Transparent Orbs Both Appear in Front of the Word "Customers"

I took the photos below on October 15. 2016 and November 7, 2016. In both we see a transparent blue orb appearing in front of the word "Customers" in a sign at Grand Central Terminal. The left of both orbs align with the "C" in "Customers."
