The photo below shows a purple sky orb and a white sky orb that I photographed on Madison Avenue in New York. The purple sky orb has some tinges of green.
There was no fog, mist, rain or precipitation while I was photographing on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good," with a rating of 40. The pollen count listed on pollen.com was "low," with a rating of 0.1.
