I took the photos below while photographing nothing but pure, clean water falling against a dark background. We see two orbs with holes. You might explain these as mere water drops, except for the fact that water drops never have holes. Do a Google image search for "water drop with hole," and you will find no examples.
In the photo below, we see lots of these holes.
