Persian Blue Orb Floats Mysteriously

I took the photo below in Grand Central Terminal in New York. We see a mysterious orb with a Persian blue color. I photograph blue orbs in great abundance at this location, but their shade of blue is usually lighter, more of a "Dodger blue" or a "Cornflower blue."

The photo below (from the same day) shows one of the more typical shades of blue that I get very often.
