Blue Orb Reappears at the Exact Same Spot

I took the photo at left on October 13, 2016 at Grand Central Terminal in New York. I took the photo at right on October 5, 2016 (as reported here).  Both show a blue orb at exactly the same ledge-like spot.  There is not a difference of more than two inches between the two orb positions. Dozens of other photos on these days showed no such thing at this spot.  See here and here for other amazing cases of orbs reappearing at the same spot.

Do we see here this blue guy's favorite resting spot? It is a good corner spot to people-watch.
