The Transparent Orb and Mister Mysterious

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. At an escalator we see a transparent blue orb. In the bottom right corner of the photo, we see an anomalous-looking figure.
Below is a closeup of the figure's head. We seem to see two large eyes, located on opposite ends of the head.
I see such strangeness very frequently in my photos taken at this place (see here for some examples).
