St. Louis UFO Resembles the One I Photographed

I noticed that there was national news coverage of a UFO photographed near the Gateway Arch in St. Louis.  A video of it can be see here.  On August 2 I photographed something similar, which you can see in the video I posted here. Both videos show an object pulsating.
