"Eyes" of the Grand Central Orbs

The photo shows a purple orb and a blue orb I photographed in Grand Central Terminal in New York, using my new Sony Alpha a5000 camera.
Notice how the purple orb is positioned so that it has an "eye." The photo below from the same day shows another purple orb that also is positioned as if it is was trying to "give itself an eye."
