The Blue Orbs Both Aligned to Lines

One of the most astonishing things about the mysterious orbs I photograph at Grand Central Terminal is their uncanny tendency to often align exactly to lines and edges in the station: things like architectural lines, edges of windows, the edges of flags, and the edges of window frames. See here for about 200 examples.  My photos don't always show such alignments, but I do get them much, much more often than I would expect to see by chance.

Below we see an example. The right part of the left orb is aligned to an architectural line, and the bottom part of the right orb is aligned to a black edge on the window.

They Haunt These Window Frames

The photos below show mysterious orbs I photographed near the ornamental window frames in Grand Central Terminal in New York on February 10, 2017 and February 8, 2017.  The one in the top left corner has an interesting "gray on the top, blue in the middle" look that I haven't seen before.  See here for 16 other photos of blue orbs perching on these same window frames. 

Orbs Swarm the War Memorial

The photo below shows a swarm of mysterious orbs I photographed near a column erected to commemorate those who died in the American Civil War. We see a purple orb that was about 10 percent of the original photo height, along with two green orbs.

There was no fog, mist, rain or precipitation while I was photographing on this night.

Green Orbs Above the 17th Century Building

The photo below shows three green orbs above a building that is one of the oldest church buildings in New York City.

There was no fog, mist, rain or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good," with a level of 38. The pollen count listed on pollen.com was "low," with a level of 0.6.

The photos below show three mysterious orbs I photographed in Grand Central Terminal in New York.

A Gap in the Ecto-mist?

The photos below were taken a few seconds apart, with my camera at arm's length.  In the second photo we see two strange misty blobs that were not visible with my eye. The blob on the right seems to be behind the branch and in front of the steeple, so it can't be my breath.  The gap in the two blobs also would seem to rule out a "photographer's breath" explanation, as that would appear as a single misty blob.  There was nobody nearby, so it wasn't smoke.  We may have here the strange ghostly thing that paranormal photographers call ecto-mist.  I don't get it very often, but other photographers get it much more often.  The phenomenon of unexplained plasma-like clouds photographed at ground level is visually documented at this site, at this site, in Mya Gleny's site  here.

Valentine's Day Cuddle of the Sky Orbs?

In the photo below (showing the sky above a building top) we see a blue sky orb that seems to be "this close" with a white sky orb. Was it some romantic action on Valentine's Day?
