I just watched a scene from the 2016 movie Arrival. It was a fascinating scene that resonated with me. The linguist character played by Amy Adams stands in front of some strange extraterrestrial creatures with seven limbs. The creatures look kind of like a combination of a squid and an octopus. To communicate, the creatures squirt out some black oily substance. The black substance forms into ... circles. According to the wikipedia.org plot summary, the extraterrestrial creatures use "written language of complicated circular symbols."
Is something similar going on when repeating patterns in mysterious striped orbs are photographed, or when dramatic repeating patterns appear when falling water drops are photographed? Could this be some mysterious unfathomable intelligence (physical or spiritual) trying to show signs of itself using "complicated circular symbols"?

7 Repetitions of a "Foot" Pattern
Below we see seven mysterious striped orbs that I photographed in August 2019 and September 2019. They all have stripes that create the appearance of a foot-like shape. See here for many other examples of repeating patterns in mysterious orbs.
Orbs with Rectangular Holes: My Prediction Fulfilled
On July 26, 2019 I predicted the following on this blog:
'"I have now photographed mysterious orbs with circular holes, triangular holes, and diamond-shaped holes (the latter being shown here). I therefore predict (only with rather slight confidence) that I will, in a future photograph, get multiple mysterious orbs that all have square-shaped holes or rectangular holes."
I took the photos below on September 18, 2019. while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background. We see orbs with rectangular holes:
Below (from the same day) are more orbs with rectangular holes:

Multitudinous Motif
Photo date: September 18, 2019. Photographer: Mark Mahin.
I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background. On this day I started to get orbs with the hole shape shown below. The same hole shape continued to appear abundantly in each of more than 100 consecutive photos. Altogether the photos showed the same hole shape more than 1000 times. See here for four other examples.
The same orb hole shape can be seen in the photo below:

A Thong Shape in the Orb?

The photo below shows a mysterious orb I photographed indoors. We see a stripe shape that reminds me of a thong a woman might wear.
