The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. We see a blue orb that looks as if it is sticking out its tongue. This reminds me of a previous photo I took that seemed to show the same thing.
Was the mysterious orb doing a Miley Cyrus impersonation?
Below is another example of a mysterious blue that seems to be clowning around. This blue orb seems to be doing a kind of "hey, look at me, I'm about to fall on the people below" act.
