They Like to Perch Atop the Lights

At Grand Central Terminal in New York I often photograph mysterious orbs that seem to be sitting on top of the lights at the station (as shown here). Below we see two examples (the top one from April 13, 2016 and the bottom one from April 8, 2016).  Were they taking a rest from floating around the station, like they normally do?
