Another Blue Orb With an Arch-like Stripe on a Grand Central Window Top

The photo on the left shows a mysterious orb I photographed in Grand Central Terminal in New York on October 3, 2016.  The photo on the right shows  what I photographed on September 12, 2016, as reported here.  Both photos shows the top of a high window at the station.  Not only do we see the same orb feature repeated, but the position in the station is almost identical. Both orbs are exactly aligning with an architectural feature.
