I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background. In each of the photos we see many orbs with two holes or dark marks, and in each case the hole or dark mark on the left is larger than the one on the right. Such a pattern persisted for many consecutive photos, with each photo showing many cases of the pattern.
