I took the photos below while photographing only ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling in front of a black featureless background. We see six repetitions of a pattern we may call a "munching the morsel" motif. It looks like a kind of a Pac-man head (consisting of an eye and a big mouth) about to munch on a little morsel of food in the middle of the mouth. If you go to www.pixabay.com, and search for "Pac man," you will see two similar-looking shapes of a Pac-man head about to munch a morsel.
