Spooky Spot?

The photos below show the same spot in Grand Central Terminal in New York (the first one is from May 4, 2016 and the second is from May 5, 2016).  In both we see mysterious orbs hanging around an information desk. None of that "honeymoon's over" chill for that couple on the left -- they're still holding hands like teenagers.
