The top photo shows a bright orb in Grand Central Terminal in New York, while the bottom photo shows a blue orb in the nearby Schwarzman branch of the New York Public Library (a frequent orb hangout, as shown here). Orbs seem to prefer old buildings like this. Another old building where I often photograph them is the American Museum of Natural History (as shown here).
