In this authentic unaltered water drop photo, we see an example of the orb centrifuge effect, wherein orbs seem to speed around the outer edges of a water drop. The yellowish-green orb at top seems to be looking to the right. It seems to have an eyebrow and teeth, and you can see "the white of the eyes." This is an example of the water face effect.
