In this photo taken in Grand Central Station in New York, we see a bright white orb that seems to be moving very quickly, because it shows some motion blur. Given the camera's high shutter speed, an effect like this would only be observed if the object was moving very rapidly. There is also a blue orb at the bottom, floating near the floor.
