In the top left corner of this photo taken in Grand Central Station in New York we see a dramatic example of orb movement. First the larger photo:

Although the photo is subject to interpretation, I believe this is an example of the photographic effect known as ghosting, caused by when an object moves faster than the shutter speed of a camera. This orb was probably moving at high speed, and may have been making a sharp right-angle turn. See the "orb right angle turn" label on this blog for 10 similar photos.
