The photo below shows a bright blue orb that appeared behind a white surface about 2 meters from my camera. Was it playing "peek-a-boo"?
A photo such as this shows that we are seeing something that is not some particle very close to the camera lens. See here for other photos of orbs behind distant obstructions.
