Two Mysterious Alignments

In this photo of Grand Central Station in New York, we see a trio of orbs aligning in a straight line.

Here is another photo taken on the same day in the same place. Again, we see an alignment of 3 orbs.

This reminds me of that scene in 2001: A Space Odyssey where you see the moons of Jupiter aligning in some strange mysterious event.
