The photos below were taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. The first one shows what you might interpret as a mysterious orb that has two legs.
Another photo from the same day shows the same effect -- what you might interpret as a mysterious orb with two legs.
Of course, the legs are probably just human legs. But perhaps these orbs are playfully appearing in front of human thoraxes, to create an "orb with legs" look.
