The photo below was taken in Grand Central Station in New York (click to see the full photo).
There are at least three different items of interest here, so let's look at each. Here is a closeup of the orb above the US flag, an orb that appears to have a face.
Below is a closeup of the strange pinkish thing at the top of the full photo.
We seem to see here what photographers called ghosting, produced when you take a photo of something that is moving at a speed faster than the shutter speed of the camera. Below is another closeup from the same photo at the top of this post, one showing a clearer example of such a thing. We can tell this object is moving much faster than a walker because none
of the walkers show any sign of motion blur, but this object does.
