The photo below was taken while photographing ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling against a dark featureless background. We see a single drop of water that seems to have some orbs inside that are spinning very rapidly. It's another example of what I call the orb centrifuge effect, in which orbs spin around the outer edges of a water drop, like test tubes in a centrifuge.
