Which Water Drop Has Faster Orbs?

Photo date: November 22, 2015. Photographer: Mark Mahin.

The photo below was taken while photographing ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling against a dark featureless background. We see two water drops, both of which seem to show orbs moving very fast. Which one wins the speed contest? It's the one on the bottom, where we see an example of the orb centrifuge effect, in which orbs spin rapidly around the outer edges of a water drop.  It's the same astonishing effect shown very clearly in this series of 81 posts.
