Perfectly Positioned Orb

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Station in New York, and shows an example of what I call orb selective positioning. The blue orb in the center is in the exact center of the huge station, being in the exact center of the balcony. It is also vertically well-positioned, with its bottom resting exactly on a prominent architectural element.  See my many posts labeled "orb selective positioning" for similar examples.
