Mysterious Glowing Speeders

In this post I'll show something paranormal-looking repeated on three different days. Each of the photos was taken in Grand Central Station.

The first photo is from April 16, 2015.

Each of these photos seems to show an orb that is moving very fast.  The camera captures this movement as a kind of blur of motion.  We cannot account for these objects by assuming that they are insects or dust particles, because both move slower than 10 miles an hour, but the motion shown here seems to be far in excess of 70 miles an hour.
