An Orb at Least 4 Inches Wide

In the photo below we see some interesting orbs at the top. Are these just tiny specks of dust a few inches from the camera, as a skeptic might maintain? The bottom of the photo suggests an answer.
Below is a closeup of the orb at the bottom. The orb seems to be very clearly behind the fence, which was more than a meter from my camera. Clearly, this orb is at least 4 inches wide, and is not at all a speck of dust a few inches from the camera. The photo was of an empty city playground, and there was no solid physical object corresponding to the orb we see below.
