The photo below was taken while photographing pure, clean water against a dark background.
At the bottom we see what I call orb crescents, crescent shapes that have no business being here-- how can such shapes appear when I was only photographing water drops? At the top of the photo we see a water drop that has quite a few of what I call bitten orbs -- orbs that look like someone took a bite out of their top corner.
