A Row of Orbs Salute the Bride

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Station in New York. At the bottom of the photo is a wedding party that has come to the station for some wedding photos. At the top of the photo is a row of three mysterious orbs.
As we see in this "auto-enhanced" closeup of the middle orb, this orb seems to be using an "orb trick" I see again and again -- positioning of the orb in a particular spot of the station to create an appearance of two huge eyes inside the orb.
