An Orb Checking the Time?

The photo below shows an orb near the clock and statue in the front of Grand Central Station in New York. 

The photo that I took just after this photo seemed to show the same orb in almost the same position, as if the orb had drifted over a little to the right. Here is a composite photo showing the two photos that were taken back to back. Right-click to see the photo at full resolution. Both orbs seemed to have an orange aura.

There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night.
